I love this pan! Bought it with the lid, reasonable price for heavy duty product. I like to cook double quantities of meals to freeze for a later date and this pan is perfect!
My only complaint is lack of information about it.. wasn't sure whether it would be conduction hob compatible (not got one but may in future) but its magnetic so assume it would work, don't know safe cooking temp in oven either, may pans say safe to 180 degs but this is an unknown with this pan.

Hi Melanie thanks for your feedback on this pan. Yes I like to batch cook, too. Better than buying 'convenience food'. I can confirm these are suitable for use with all cooking surfaces including induction. I know some of our descriptions are less full than others we are working on this.
