Shipping & Returns

Shipping And Handling We will process your order upon payment of cleared funds. Delivery schedules are quoted here on our web site.

Postage Costs are as follows: Anywhere in England and Wales please see postage costs below. Scotland, Northern Ireland and other destinations please e-mail to confirm postage costs. 

Standard Delivery Charge is £5.95. Remember this is a one off delivery charge whether we send out a tiny parcel or a pallet load. It also includes Next Day Delivery as well.  
Delivery Schedule Delivery:
Allow up to 5 working days (unless otherwise stated) from dispatch. Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12:00 noon. We deliver Monday to Friday. If you require Saturday please check with us - anadditional charge may apply. Standard Delivery Charge is £5.95. This is to one address in the UK mainland. Some areas of Scotland may be subject to an additional charge and may take a day longer.

Delivery Acceptance: 
Delivery is to the front door only and does not include positioning or unpacking.It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure goods can be delivered successfully, i.e. door access, lifting etc. Ensure all damages and shortages are signed for by the courier (keep a copy) and reported to us at the point of delivery as claims cannot be made after this. We recommend you open the product before the courier leaves your site. By signing the delivery note you agree that the goods have been received complete and in a satisfactory condition. Under no circumstances are we liable for consequential loss. 

Special order items are highlighted as such and may take longer to dispatch. For specific delivery dates on these items please contact us sales@caterFor.co.uk

We do not offer items for sale on a trial basis. Thse customer must ensure that the specifications of the item are suitable prior to ordering. The customer will be liable for any aborted delivery charges.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Returns Policy Returns:
Returns will only be accepted by prior contact with us and within 7 days of purchase. A 25% re-stocking charge will apply. All items must be returned at the customer’s expense and at your own risk. Items returned must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Items returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This includes the original outer packaging.

IItems must be wholly boxed.

Items that are not returned in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded
