Standard Delivery

Standard Deliveries within the yellow zone are usually made the next working day if you order before noon Monday - Friday
Standard Deliveries within the blue zone are usually made the next working day if you order before noon Monday - Friday
Standard Deliveries within the red zone are usually made within 2-3 working days Monday - Friday
Orders placed on Fridays before noon will usually be delivered Monday
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will usually be delivered Tuesday
Some items are not available for next day delivery, check the product page for delivery schedule (such as 2-3 day delivery)

Timed Next Day and Saturday Deliveries

We are unable to offer any timed deliveries in the blue or red zones
Orders for timed deliveries in the yellow zone must be received by 12noon Monday - Friday

Non Next Day Delivery Products

Items that have an extended delivery schedule (2-3 day delivery, 7-10 day delivery etc) are only available as a standard delivery, some larger items will require a delivery form signing and products will only be despatched once this form has been received. The delivery schedule will also then start from the date of the form being received.

Large or Heavy Equipment

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building
Deliveries to ground floor entrance does not include negotiating lifts or stairs
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises
We cannot accept responsibility for products which do not fit through doorways
Any delivery charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility
Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning or assembling items

Deliveries of refrigeration and other large machines must be checked for damage prior to signing the couriers delivery sheet. We can't be held responsible, nor will we replace any damaged products where the customer has signed the couriers delivery sheet without reporting any damage.

Embroidered and Engraved Products

If products require embroidery or engraving then please allow 4-5 working days for delivery
Embroided or engraved products are also not eligible for return
