There are two main activities of the company:
The business was incorporated on 25th August 2000 as a training and sales consultancy by husband and wife team Mark and Jane Lloyd. After a few months they decided to pool their experience in Retail and Hospitality and the EPoS industry. Their wealth of knowledge of both industries has enabled them to have empathy with all their clients; having been at the sharp end of the business for many years.
Although the business was 10 years old in 2010 they decided to keep the fact low key as in the current economic climate being in business isn't always fun, as we all know!! They have decided to put their energies instead into ensuring the company continues to offer value for money to all businesses so that we can all have hope for the future.
Mark Lloyd and team would like to offer up thanks to their loyal customers both old and new, without whom their business would not be so vigorous. With special thanks to Mathew Batham of Bathams Brewery (a great family business and supporter of the local community) and Julie Mansbridge of Rugby Library (a friend and loyal supporter) who have both been with them from the start.
Upon receiving requests for products such as glass washers, dishwashers and ice making machines (when they installed cash registers to local premises) the supply of catering equipment became an area of development. The online sales web is a relatively new concept for Business Reply, which was started around November 2007. This has grown steadily over the years and has now reached an exciting stage - the launch of this new website on 30th September 2010.
Dan Lloyd second eldest son joined the company in 2007 after working for a major supermarket chain. He has been instrumental in helping to expand the online services and his customer service skills are highly valued.
The team at Business Reply are currently looking forward to the next few months and into 2011. They are hoping to forge new business relationships with new manufacturers and suppliers and hone all areas of the business. With a strong infrastructure already in place they will be looking to a recruitment campaign to add to the team next year. This will ensure that the ethos of providing value for money products alongside excellent customer service is maintained.
